Become the Athlete You’re Meant to Be

Work directly with a Cadence Doctor-Coach through virtual 1:1 sessions, available across Run Peak, Tri Peak, Race Package, and Club Cadence, each built around where you are and where you’re going.

Coached by Doctors of Physical Therapy

Every Cadence Coach holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. That means your training is built by someone who understands how the body moves, absorbs load, and stays healthy. You’re not just getting faster; you’re getting more durable.

Structured Strength Programming

Most runners and triathletes know they should be following a consistent strength program, but few actually do it. Your Cadence Coach adds strength work into your plan, designed specifically for endurance athletes: the right movements, the right load, at the perfect time in your training cycle (Peak plan only)

Training That Stays Ahead of Injury

Most coaches find out something’s wrong when you tell them it hurts. Your Cadence Doctor-Coach is monitoring load, reading patterns, and making adjustments before your body ever has to send that signal.

Always In Your Corner

Your Cadence Doctor-Coach will support you every step of the way as you work toward your goals. You get unlimited communication with them via TrainingPeaks, and scheduled calls or video check-ins. You can also reach out via email anytime (Peak plan only).

A Plan That's Actually Yours

There’s no template or one-size-fits-all program. Your virtual coach builds around your goals, your schedule, and where you are right now.

Built to Go the Distance

We’re building a version of you that keeps showing up, day after day, and isn’t afraid to put in the work for real results. That’s what a Cadence Athlete does.

65-80% Of Runners Get Injured Every Year. Your Doctor-Coach Is Built To Change That.

Cadence is built for athletes who are serious about staying healthy and getting faster — and want a Doctor in their corner to make sure both happen.

Experience the Cadence Advantage: When Your Coach is a Doctor of Physical Therapy

As a 42-year-old athlete, it has been incredibly rewarding to see breakthroughs that I honestly did not expect at this stage of my athletic journey. Over the past year, I've set a half marathon PR by nearly five minutes without.

I thought my running days were over after a severe hip injury. Was I ever wrong. With Megan's expertise as a DPT and certified running coach, I've managed to avoid a recurrence of that injury while setting multiple PRs and taking over.

I trained with Coach Megan for a full year after a stress fracture and working with her was incredible. Despite a recent injury, I was able to hit a PR in every single distance this year, including taking 46 minutes off my marathon time.

Megan has spent over 10 years as a runner-specific Doctor of Physical Therapy, combining clinical expertise with more than a decade as an RRCA Certified Distance Run Coach. She holds a Master's degree in biomechanics — giving her a deeper understanding of how the body wants to move and why it breaks down when it doesn't. A former Head Coach of Track & Field and Cross Country for four years, she brings the same structured, evidence-based approach to every athlete she coaches today. An All World Athlete at the Ironman 70.3 distance with a 2:46 marathon PB, Megan trains the way she coaches — with discipline, precision, and a deep understanding of what it takes to stay healthy through serious mileage.
